Objective:To evaluate the efficacy in treating hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosiby using the Atorvastatin calcium and the Rosuvaststin calcium inpatients with carotid atherosclerotic plaqueMethodsSelected110cases of hospitalized patients with arterial plaques ofcarotid atherosclerosis during In August2013-October2014whodiagnosed by color Doppler ultrasonography examination.Randomlydivided into for atorvastatin group, Rosuvaststin group and the controlgroup,The atorvastatin group, and Rosuvaststin group of40cases, controlgroup30cases,Atorvastatin group with atorvastatin calcium treatment,20mg/d for six months, Rosuvaststin group with Rosuvaststin calciumtreatment,10mg/d for six months,Control group not taking statins, givebasic medicine, oral aspirin worship (German bayer production)0.1g/d,,the treatment last for six months, The efficacy and safety were observedand compared between each groups, then statistic study to the data.Results:1.Compared with control group.after3,6months, triglyceride (TG)levels of Rosuvaststin-treated group significantly decreased (P <0.05),the Treatment last for3months low density lipoprotein (LDL-C)levels significantly decreased (P <0.05)。 2.Compared with control group,Atorvastatin treatment group3and6months of triglyceride (TG) levels significantly decreased (P <0.05),treatment for6months of total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein(LDL-C) levels significantly decreased (P <0.05)。3.And easy cutting compared statin group,6months atorvastatintreatment group total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-densitylipoprotein LDL-C (LDL-C) significantly decreased (P <0.05).。Andeasy cutting compared statin group,Atorvastatin treatment group3months of LDL-C significantly increased (P <0.05)。Groups ofhigh-density lipoprotein (HDL-C) each point in time no significantdifference (P>0.05)。Conclusion:This study suggested that Rosuvaststin cholesterol-lowering statincalcium in the short term effect is obvious, atorvastatin calcium in thelong term cholesterol-lowering effect obviously, in terms of stabilityagainst atherosclerosis plaques, have a good therapeutic effect.
