Analysis Of Prevalence And Influence Factors Of Non-infections Chronic Diseases For The Lfoating Population In Jilin Province

Objective:To investigate the prevalence rate of chronic diseases among the floatingpopulation in Jilin province, to know the rank of prevalence rate, and distributionalcharacteristics of chronic diseases which affect the floating populations healthy indifferent gender and age, explore the influential factors of major chronic diseases.Provide the scientific advice to improve the health status of floating population in Jilinprovince.Methods:A multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method by occupation has been used toinvestigate1493employed migrants more than18years old of six types of trades，includes related questionnaire and physical examination. The questionnaire includeddemographic characteristic (gender, age, nation, education, occupation, marriage, etc.),behaviors (smoke, drink, diet, physical exercise, etc.).The raw data were input byEpiData3.0. Statistical analysis used SPSS13.0software. Using the rate andpercentage to describe the count data, using the chi-square test to describe the ratesamong different groups. Univariate analysis and logistic analysis used under thecomplex samples.Results:1. The prevalence rate of chronic diseases, the top five were hyperlipidemia,hypertension, disc disease, osteoarthritis, diabetes, prevalence rates were43.4%、28.1%、10.9%、5.4%、4.9%. With increasing of age, hyperlipidemia, hypertension,disc disease, prevalence rates were gradually increased.2. The influential factors for the top three diseases showed by multivariateanalysis. Male (OR=1.564), overweight (OR=1.854) and fat (OR=4.443) were riskfactors for hyperlipidemia, slim (OR=0.209) was protective factors. Between40and49(OR=3.661), over50years old (OR=9.051), don’t know the monthly income (OR=11.108), refused to answer monthly expenditure (OR=12.619), overweight(OR=1.652) and fat (OR=4.229) were risk factors for hypertension. Between30and39(OR=2.308), between40and49(OR=2.723), over50years old (OR=3.666) wererisk factors for disc disease, male (OR=0.590) was protective factors.Conclusion:The top five prevalence of chronic diseases about Jilin floating population werehyperlipidemia, hypertension, disc disease, osteoarthritis, diabetes. The prevalencerate of chronic diseases for the floating population in Jilin province had significantrelation with gender, age, education, occupation, marital status, work, income andexpenditure, diet, BMI, smoking and drinking.
