Experimental Study On Yangxue Zhiyang Drink To Itchy Skin Of Experimental Mice And Regulation Of RBC、HGB、serum Levels Of Histamine

Purpose:To observe the nourishing blood drink itching itchy (blood deficiency model)on the experimental mice RBC、HGB、the serum levels of histamine and itchy skin,the effectof yangxue itching drink with blood deficiency model between therapeutic effect andmechanism of action of skin pruritus, in order to better applied to clinical therapy.Methods:1. Delivery:treatment group in mice to fill the stomach to medicine once a day,11days ina row,until the end of the experiment,the blank group and model group mice given volume ofnormal saline.2. The building:the experiment on the third day,in the groin in mice subcutaneously2%acetyl phenylhydrazine solution,causing blood deficiency animal model.The9、10、11days,respectively,in the back of the neck in mice subcutaneously0.025%low moleculardextran injection,cause itching animal models.3. Materials and measurements:the experiment on the seventh day,take the type meshangular a small amount of blood,detecting red blood cells in mice,the content ofhemoglobin,groups of mice were compared.Experiment on nine、ten、eleven days,a day afterthe completion of the building immediately observed in mice within30minutes of itching,andon the eleventh day after the observation,immediately remove the type eyeball blood,serumseparation,,by enzyme-linked immunoassay kits groups of mice serum content ofhistamine,groups of mice were compared.(note:mesh angular blood,take less blood,blood is not suitable for mining largeexperiment,but it can guarantee the intact mice eyes,not to bleed to death in mice；pick eyeballtake blood and vice.)Results:1. In serum of histamine aspects:treatment group compared with model group,nourishingblood stops urticant water the high dose group and positive control group had differentdegrees of lower serum levels of histamine in mice (p <0.05),nourishing blood stops urticantwater,low dose group of no statistical significance. 2. Itchy number:the itch of mice treated times compared with model group,weredecreased (p <0.05).3. In red blood cells:yangxue itching drink high dose group compared with model groupwas statistically difference (p<0.05),the positive control group and keep drink blooditching,low dose group of no statistical significance.In hemoglobin,nourishing blood stopsurticant water the high dose group compared with model group had significant difference(p<0.01),the positive control group and keep drink blood itching,low dose group of nostatistical significance.Conclusion:Yangxue itching drink different dose group can decrease the times of mice itchingof histamine content in high dose group can decrease the serum at the same time also canincrease the red blood cells in mice,hemoglobin content,improve the state of blood deficiencymice.
