Study Of The Clinical Observation On Treating Chronic Gastritis Due To Incoordination Between Liver And Stomach With Hewei Granule

Purpose: Through the clinical curative effect of clinical observation of Hewei granule inthe treatment of disharmony between liver and stomach syndrome of chronic superficialgastritis, in order to prove that the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with the party canbe safe and effective, and can significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients. To furtherclarify the effect of soothing liver-qi stagnation, qi to relieve pain of disharmony betweenliver and stomach syndrome of chronic superficial gastritis.Method:96patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatmentgroup and control group with48cases in each. The treatment group: treated by Hewei granule,150ml each time,2times a day, mixed with water. Control group: after oral administration ofWeisu granule,1bag/time, three times a day. The two groups were15days for a course oftreatment1. And keep the peace of mind during treatment, avoid mood swings, avoid alcoholand spicy, seafood, lamb and other volatiles. Through clinical observation of these cases, thestatistical analysis, objective and scientific evaluation from gastric particles and the clinicalefficacy and safety.Result:1. Two groups of patients with good compliance.2. Curative effect analysis The two groups after treatment the symptoms summarycomparison, P>0.05, no statistical significance.Comparison of main symptoms after treatmentin two patients, abdominal distention, poor appetite, after statistical processing, P<0.05,epigastric pain, there are differences, and spit acid water P>0.05, no obvious difference.Comparison of the therapeutic effect of minor symptoms, statistically, P>0.05, no obviousdifference. Efficiency of the treatment group was41.7%,the total effective rate was89.6%, control group markedly effective rate35.4%, the totalefficiency of87.5%.2.The TCM symptoms of liver stomach disharmony CSG science, compared two groupsof patients with clinical symptoms of comprehensive treatment, in the abdominal distention,poor appetite, P<0.05, differences, and epigastric pain, belching,spit acid water, abdominalpain, sighing, sluggish emotion, P>0.05, no obvious difference. It shows that the main clinicalsymptoms of the treatment group in improving abdominal distention, poor appetite, eat lessside effects than the control group, the effect is more than.3. All the patients in the medication process, no adverse reaction occurred, indicatingthat the treatment group and the control group of drugs in safety.It shows that, with Hewei granule is Chinese medicine treatment of disharmony betweenliver and stomach syndrome of chronic superficial gastritis with safe and effective, and cansignificantly improve the clinical symptoms of the CSG patients, it is worthy of furtherclinical research.
