The Clinical Research Of The Treatment That Chu Shi An Tai Recipe Treats Threatened Abortion With Spleen And Kidney Deficiency

Objective:This subject is to analyze and evaluate the clinical curative effect of Chu Shi An Tai Recipe for treatment of threatened abortion belonging to spleen and kidney deficiency type,and to explore its mechanism,provide a safe and effective treatment for threatened abortion under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory,and based on the previous actualclinical efficacy and theoretical study.Methods: 60 patients with spleen and kidney deficiency type of threatened abortion in this study were collected in Department of gynaecology clinic of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Henan Univercity of traditional Chinese medicine.the research divide the 60 cases into two groups(30 cases for treatment group and 30 cases for control group)with randomized and parallel controlled method.The treatment group was given Chu Shi An Tai Recipe Add and subtract and the control group Zishen Yutai pill,7 days for a course of treatment,the treatment to pregnancy all must over 12 weeks.Test levels of h CG and progesterone regularly,also for the ultrasonic prompting grow of the embryo to observe the improvement of symptoms before and after treatment.Meanwhile record the adverse reactions and raw data sorting and draw the conclusion statistical method.Results: Comparing of the baseline results before treatment: the treatment group and the control group in age pregnancy duration,symptom score and beta h CG,progesterone differences had no statistical significance(P > 0.05),can be compared.After treatment,the results of the survey are: treatment group recovered in 8 cases,17 cases were markedly effective,4 cases effective,1 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 96.7%;control group,5 cases were cured,11 cases markedly effective,10 cases effective and 4 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 86.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05)between the treatment group and the control group.The two groups before and after treatment of serum beta h CG level had statistically significant difference(P < 0.01).Comparison of two groups of seven weeks,8 weeks serum progesterone levels,have statistical significance(P<0.05),treatment group were better than those of the control group;growth of progesterone level of 6-7 weeks Of two groups compared with difference(P < 0.05),and it is better in the treatment group than in the control group;comparison of serum progesterone levels of two groups before and after treatment also had a significant difference(P < 0.01).Conclusion:(1)The Chu Shi An Tai Recipe treatment can be effective in the treatment on threatened abortion with spleen and kidney deficiency,improve pregnancy rate,improve clinical symptoms,and no obvious side effects,clinical application is safe and effective.(2)The Chu Shi An Tai Recipe can effectively improve the serum progesterone level of patients before 8 weeks of pregnancy,improve luteal function in early pregnancy abortion.(3)Effect of the Chu Shi An Tai Recipe for treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency type is better than that of Zishenyutai pill,for clinical patients of threatened abortion with spleen and kidney deficiency is more suitable and effective than pills decoction,can rapidly improve the symptoms of threatened abortion patients,and increase patients to continue treatment confidence.
