Purpose:This study is based on the research of original dosage from the book of Treatiseon Exogenous Febrile Disease and combine with the literature researchs and analysis of thefamous TCM doctor’s experiences and.the characteristics of clinical dose of traditionalChinese medicine used Didang decoction to treat diabetes peripheral neuropathy.BySummarizing each herbs commonly used dose, maximum minimum dose, the mostcommonly used dosage range and dosage ratio to provide reference for clinical and a basisfor later in-depth study.Method:Gather and analysis the consilias treated DPN by the didang decoction fromthe book of Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease.The next is to cluster the traditionalChinese medicines and statistical analysis according to didang decoction.The purpose of thestatistical analysis is to get the medicines′doses and dose–ratios with higher frequency.Results:With the didang decoction to treat the diabetic peripheral neuropathy, the oftendosage of leeches, peach kernel, rhubarb respectively is6g,10g,6g,and the common doserange respectively is from3g to15g, from6g to15g,from2g to15g,and the mostfrequently-used mendicine suits is leeches andrhubarb,and its dosage ratio is1:1.Conclusion:There is a certain concentration-response relationship between the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and didang decoction, though sorting and analying test case.Some herbsˊdose or dose range in Chinese medicine formulae have closerelation with urative effect.This topic is a preliminary discussion of studying concentration-response relationship between Traditional Chinese medicine compound and treating diseases.The conclusion need deep research replying on morden medical technology.
