Clinical Research On Active Rheumatoid Arthritis Cold-heat Complicated Syndrome TCM Treatment Based On Combination Of Disease And Symptom

Objective：The research aims to observe and evaluate Clinical efficacy of TCMtreatment program based on combination of disease and symptom on activerheumatoid arthritis cold-heat complicated syndrome.Method：60cases of rheumatoidarthritis Cold-heat Complicated syndrome were randomly divided into the TCMtreatment group and western medicine treatment group，each group has30cases，patients of two groups are observed for8weeks，then we evaluate the clinical efficacyby internationally recognized standard of curative effect evaluation(ACR20)、lifequality evaluation criteria (HAQ) and Chinese medicine symptom complexscore.Results：1．TCM group had an advantage over group of western medicinetreatment on the indexes of Chinese medicine symptom complex score、life qualityevaluation criteria (HAQ) and DAS-28(P<0.05)；2. The symptoms of joint pain,jointswelling， flexion and extension negative and morning stiffness in Both groups areable to be improved，however in terms of symptoms of fever in part of the joint,Afraidof the cold,Rainy days increase, heavy limbs, thirst, hiding fever, skin redness,sweating and so on, the TCM group was better than western medicine group（P<0.05）3.Reached the standard of ACR20between the two groups and the total efficiencyevaluation, no significant difference (P>0.05), joint function, stage there was nosignificant difference in X line(P>0.05).Conclusion：Two groups of active stage ofrheumatoid arthritis (Cold-heat Complicated syndrome) had good therapeutic effect,but in the TCM syndrome and adverse reactions, traditional Chinese medicine group is better than western medicine group, the combination of disease and syndrome ofrheumatoid arthritis has exact curative effect.
