The Correlation Research Of Bronchial Asthma And Its Risk Factors And TCM Constitution

Objective:Conduct investigations to understand the basic condition of the patientswith bronchial asthma and its risk factors and the constitution of TCM，through clinicalrandomized sampling survey, to explore the correlation between bronchial asthma and itsrisk factors and constitution of TCM, and to put forward a comprehensive clinicalthinking of improving the risk constitution of bronchial asthma,and to providetheoretical and objective basis for the individualized prevention and treatment ofbronchial asthma.Methods: In118cases of patients with bronchial asthma and115cases of controlgroup, using the questionnaire survey combined with the TCM rating scale, to collect thegeneral features of the two groups, personal history, family history and otherepidemiological data, then carries on the statistical analysis. The two groups arecompared by chi-square test to analyze the related factors, then conclude the factors thathave statistical significance. Take the factors again into the Logistic regression analysis,to explore the correlation of the TCM constitution and bronchial asthma and its riskfactors. Finally, put forward the acupuncture treatment ideas of TCM constitutioncombined with clinical on the basis of preliminary results.Results:1.Family history of asthma, family history of allergies, personal history ofallergy, obesity was significantly associated with bronchial asthma.2.Conclude the casegroup physique type distribution, mainly reflected in the special intrinsic constitution, qideficiency constitution, phlegm constitution. The special intrinsic constitution, qi deficiency constitution, phlegm constitution and peace constitution was statisticallyassociated with bronchial asthma.3.Though statistics analysis, special intrinsicconstitution and family history of asthma, family history of allergies, personal history ofallergy are closely related. Phlegm deficiency has close relationship with obesity.Conclusions:1.Family history of asthma, family history of allergies, personalhistory of allergy, obesity was significantly associated with bronchial asthma.2.Specialintrinsic, qi deficiency and phlegm constitution of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) ispositively correlated with bronchial asthma sufferer as a risk factor.3.Special intrinsicconstitution and family history of asthma, family history of allergies, personal history ofallergy are closely related. Phlegm deficiency has close relationship with obesity.
