Object:①To assess the efficiency and safety of electro-acupuncture usedin the treatment of migraine by using Cochrane system evaluation method.②To discuss points rule for clinical reference.Methods: With the method of Cochrane Systematic Review,searching RCTreports from Cochrane,Pub Med,CBM,CNKI,VIP(begining-2013,09)collecting theresearches met inclusion criteria by two independent evaluators, analyzingthe data using Revman5.2System. Setting up a database of the acupuncture pointfrom qualified literatures, analyzing compound using cluster analysis.Results:①According to the inclusion criteria, screened out17articlesof RCT qualified reports from179of electro-acupuncture treatment of migraine;②The electro-acupuncture treatment of migraine had a better efficacy thanthe control group in index of general efficacy;③In17articles of RCTqualified by treatment of electro-acupuncture, involving47acupuncturepoint and overall frequency of118times;④Frequency of use of the top10acupuncture point can be classified into4categories.Conclusion:①Meta-analysis results show that electro-acupuncturetreatment for migraine has certain curative effect;②Preliminary resultsindicate that the cluster analysis, have chills and pain, Tom Lee off orificesrole of acupuncture treatment is necessary;③Due to lower overall quality andpotential publication bias of included study, we need to promote and developmore randomized controlled trials,which should have the rational design, the execution strictly, the multi-central and large sample,long time follow-upand hold Chinese medicine characteristic.
