Acupuncture Treatment For Migraine:A Network Meta-analysis Of Randomized Controlled Trials

Objectives:1.To understand the research progress of acupuncture in the treatment of migraine,Network meta-analysis will be used to systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of different acupuncture treatments for migraine,and the efficacy of each acupuncture treatment will be ranked to provide evidence-based medical evidence for clinical application.Methods: Computer search of CNKI,Chinese science and technology periodical database one dimensional general information network,Wanfang database,PubMed,Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews(DSR),EMbase,in the clinical trial report papers or reviews of the references to follow up the relevant literature,manual retrieval,etc.Literature on acupuncture treatment of migraine will be collected,and the retrieval time is from the establishment of the database to December 31,2019.According to sodium discharge standard,the two researchers independently extract the corresponding information and cross-check the results.Inclusion in the RCTS will be assessed by three independent researchers based on the risk of bias assessment method recommended by the Cochrane assistance network.The included RCT will be evaluated according to the improved JADAD score,and the high quality literature will be selected.Reman5.3 and ADDIS 1.16.8 software will be used for network meta-analysis.Results: In 28 articles,there are 2284 cases of migraine patients,including 17 kinds of interventions,the 26 references all reported the significant effect and number of patients cured after treatment.In addition to acupuncture,western medicine and plum needle,acupuncture and plum needle and electric acupuncture and blood-letting puncture,acupuncture and cupping,acupuncture and fire needle,acupuncture and acupoint wire embedding,electroacupuncture,electroacupuncture and moxibustion,electroacupuncture and plum needle,bloodletting puncture,bloodletting puncture and cupping,acupoint injection,fire needle,acupoint wire embedding and other acupuncture treatments have better efficacy than western medicine.Compared with ordinary acupuncture,acupuncture and fire needle,acupuncture and wire embedding,electroacupuncture and plum needle,bloodlettingpuncture,fire needle,acupuncture point wire embedding are better than ordinary acupuncture.It is recommended that the top five therapeutic measures are acupuncture and catgut embedding therapy、electroacupuncture and plum needle、electroacupuncture and bloodletting puncture、bloodletting puncture and cupping、western medicine and plum needle,of which acupuncture and wire embedding has the best curative effect.Conclusion:1.Therefore,through the network meta-analysis,the significant recovery rate of acupuncture and acupuncture combined therapy in the treatment of migraine is better than that of western medicine alone,of which acupuncture and acupuncture combined therapy have the best effect.2.Through descriptive analysis,it can be concluded that compared with western medicine alone,the long-term effects and safety of acupuncture and acupuncture combination therapy in the improvement of concomitant symptoms,the frequency and duration of migraine attacks are significantly better than that of western medicine group.
