| Objective: To study the therapeutical effect of the drinking of Yi-shen-ning-xin onHeart and Kidney In-coordination of Peripheral Menopause Syndrome, and to explore itsaction mechanism.Syndrome Methods: Deliver60examples of the heart kidney not typeperimenopausal syndrome patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatmentgroup30cases, give oral drinking of Yi-shen-ning-xincreated shandong traditional Chinesemedicine professor ye qing; Control group30cases, give oral kuntai capsule treatment,treatment for3months. To observe the clinical curative effect of two groups of patientsbefore and after medication and E2, FSH, LH, osteocalcin (BGP), calcitonin (CT) andparathyroid hormone (PTH) and the changes of serum inhibin B.Results:1. The clinical curative effect: the treatment group and control group inclinical curative effect were93.33%and70%respectively, the rank and inspection, thecurative effect of the two groups have significant difference (P <0.05), the treatment groupis better than the control group.2.
