| Objective: The purpose and significance of this issue is to investigate the treatment of YangKun particles in patients with Heart and Kidney In-coordination of menopause syndrome insomnia, to evaluate the effect of the method.Methods: The cases of a total of 60 cases of heart and kidney in-coordination of menopause syndrome patients adopted simple randomized divided into 2 groups: 30 cases in the treatment group supplies Kun granule, 30 cases in the control group were given KunTai capsule in the treatment of Chinese medicine. Before the medication of the patients were recorded symptoms and signs, and then to the drug treatment of 2 courses. After the observation, the quantitative indicators of statistical treatment, the effectiveness of heart and kidney in-coordination of menopause syndrome insomnia clinical treatment of yangkun particles were evaluated. Results: Due in part to poor patient compliance and fall off in 3 cases, including 29 cases of treatment group, 28 cases in the control group, a total of 57 cases, the two groups after treatment by p<0.05 rank test, the treatment group total effectiveness 96.55%, the comparison group total effectiveness 92.59%. Through the contrast before and after treatment in patients with heart and kidney in-coordination of menopause syndrome, before the drug treatment group and control group of TCM Syndrome Scale scores, Kupperman Index(KI) scale, PSQI sleep quality index scores, there was no significant difference(P >0.05). After treatment the treatment group and control group of TCM Syndrome Scale scores, Kupperman Index(KI) scale, PSQI sleep quality index score, there was significant difference(P<0.05), the total efficiency of two groups between two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05) shows that the treatment group overall better than the control group, and in the improvement of main symptoms local signs, patients were better than the control group.Conclusion: YangKun granule in the treatment of heart and kidney in-coordination of menopause syndrome insomnia remarkable curative effect, can effectively shorten the course of disease, improve the clinical symptoms, and can reduce the pain of patients with medication, and the application of safe, non-toxic side effects, has a high value in clinical application. |
