A Research On The Symptom Attributes Of Chinese Medicine

Objective:To give the symptom attributes and its significance ofsyndrome differentiation in Chinese medicine.Methods:(1)256symptom attributes are extracted from the clinicalrecord database of past dynasties, And from the color,taste, smell, texture,dynamics, morphological, pain, fever, sweating special, pulse condition,sound11viewing angleto classify the symptom attributes.(2) According twoprinciples to confirm the object of study:one is the symptom attributes hadclear supported by theoretical basis,the other isthe symptom attributes areindependent from each other.(3)To study the relativity of symptomattributes,andthe location syndrome factors by sensitivity,diagnostic oddratio,positive likelihood ratio and negative likelihood ratio in diagnostictest.Results:The research from the multiple viewing angles forclassification,studied the relationship with the syndrome elementsforsymptom attributes.Finally,confirmed that the symptom attributes of92and its significance of syndrome differentiation in Chinese medicine.Conclusions:The diagnosis of the pathological syndrome factors mainlybased on the symptom attributes; the symptom attributes can give referencefor the diagnosis of the location syndrome factors.
