Study On The Distribution Of TCM Syndromes Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus In Changsha And Its Relationship With Glycosylated Hemoglobin

Objective:To investigate the distribution of syndrome of chinese medicine in type2diabetse mellitus of Changsha, and to explore the correlation between syndrome of chinese medicine and glycosylated hemoglobin. This research is to provide scientific reference to syndrome differentiation and treatment of chinese medicine in type2diabetes mellitus.Methods:To collect information from the TCM four diagnostic methods of172cases of type2diabetes mellitus, which from the first hospital of hunan university of chinese medicine. To investigate the canonical symptom factors of diseases’ location and symptom factors of diseases’character of type2diabetes mellitus by TCM medicine intelligent (auxiliary) diagnosis and treatment system. To explore the correlation between syndrome of chinese medicine and glycosylated hemoglobin by logistic stepwise regression.Results:1. The main canonical symptom factors of diseases’location of type2diabetes mellitus are kindey and liver. Compare with kindey,liver and lung, sleen, stomach, gallbladder, heart, bone and mind, had statistical significance. Compare with kindey and liver, hadn’t statistical significance.2.The main symptom factors of diseases’character of type2diabetes mellitus areyin deficiency, dampness, heat and qi deficiency. Compare with yin deficiency, dampness, heat and qi deficiency and body fluid deficiency, dryness, qi stagnation, yang hyperactivity, blood deficiency, inverse gas, yang deficiency, water remained and blood heat, had statistical significance. Compare with yin deficiency and heat, hadn’t statistical significance.3.This research is suggests that glycosylated hemoglobin is not close to canonical symptom factors of diseases’ location and symptom factors of diseases’character of type2diabetes mellitus. Conclusion:1.The main canonical symptom factors of diseases’location of type2diabetes mellitus are kindey and liver.Thus, it can be seen in the clinical treatment of type2diabetes mellitus should focus on treatment kindey and liver.2.The main symptom factors of diseases’character of type2diabetes mellitus are yin deficiency, dampness, heat and qi deficiency. It suggests that the mainly treatment principle of type2diabetes mellitus are nourishing yin to clear away heat, replenishing qi and eliminating dampness.3. This research is suggests that glycosylated hemoglobin is not close to canonical symptom factors of diseases’ location and symptom factors of diseases’ character of type2diabetes mellitus.
