The Clinical Investigation On Kidney-asthenia And Liver Depression Type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Treated By Aromatized Erzhi Tiangui Granule

Object: To observe the clinical curative effect of Aromatized Erzhi Tiangui Granuletreating the kidney-asthenia and liver depression type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS)and preliminarily discuss the mechanism during this process. Methods:80patientsof Polycystic Ovary Syndrome diagnosed the kidney-asthenia and liver depression typewere divided randomly into experimental group (40cases) and control group (40cases).The control group was treated by Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets（Diane-35）; The experimental group was treated by Ethinylestradiol and CyproteroneAcetate Tablets（Diane-35） and Aromatized Erzhi Tiangui Granule,90days would be acourse of treatment. The patients’ some symptoms and signs、antral follicle count（AFC）、menstruation situation、Chinese medical syndrome、body mass index (BMI)、sex hormone、fasting plasma glucose（FBG）、fasting insulin（INS）、neuropeptide Y(NPY) before andafter the treatment of the two groups were observed, the deta was treated by statisticalanalysis. Results: The examination indicate that the PCOS patients，some symptoms andsigns were improved by Aromatized Erzhi Tiangui Granule and Diane-35。BMI、LH、T、LH/FSH、PRL、FBG、INS、NPY were decreased remarkably in the treatment group andE2were elevated。The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, menstruation, T,LH/FSH, PRL, FBG, INS differences of the two groups compared after treatment aresignificant, statistics analysis is better than the control group (P <0.05)。Conclusion: Itshows that in this clinical study Aromatized Erzhi Tiangui Granule can regulate sex-axes， adj the female reproductive hormone levels, adjust endocrine, and Chinese medicalsyndrome、 menstruation situation were also improved in the treatment group. Thedifference was obvious between the control group and the experimental group.
