The QQL Analysis And Nutritional Status Analysis Of Standard Chemotherapy For Elderly Tumor

PurPose:1. to investigate elderly patients with cancer after life quality andnutritional status of standard chemotherapy;.2. to investigate the effect of combined treatment of various treatments onquality of life in elderly patients with tumor;Subjects and Methods:Chose the methods of collecting disease history and questionnaire survey.Collected164patients with diagnosed cancer, phase I to Ⅳ, who had visited theJilin University the1st hospital from June2013to December2013. Among them,age less than or equal to60years old in49cases, age61-65years old was64cases, age66-70years old was33cases, patients older than70years was18cases; male89cases, female75cases;73cases of lung cancer,22cases ofcolorectal cancer,24cases of breast cancer, gynecological tumor in7cases,gastric cancer20cases,7cases of liver cancer,7cases of esophageal cancer, theother4cases. All patients were diagnosed with cancer by pathology, clinicalstage I-IV patients, both after standard chemotherapy regimen.Results:1. Comparison of survey results of quality of life in elderly patients withtumor after treatment of1standards: the elderly cancer patients of different agegroups after treatment by system in role function, emotional function, cognitivefunction, social function, P>0.05no significant statistical difference. In thephysical function, P <0.05there is significant difference.2. Comparison of survey results nutritional status in elderly patients with tumor after treatment of2standards: C reactive protein, transferrin, albumin inage≤60years,61-65years,66-70years old, older than70years old age group,there was no significant difference in P>0.053. KSP in elderly patients with tumor score comparison investigation inaged≤60years,61-65years,66-70years old, older than70years old agegroup, there was no significant difference in P>0.05;4.164patients with tumor after standard therapy comparative survey bloodindex results in age≤60years,61-65years,66-70years old, older than70years old age group, there was no significant difference in P>0.05;Conclusion:1. the standard of aged cancer patients after treatment in the role function,emotional function, cognitive function, social function and so on had no obviousdifference, the difference is only the somatic function.2. compared with less than60years old patients, aged cancer patients afterchemotherapy did not reduce the standards, quality of life and nutritional status.3. compared with less than60years old patients, aged cancer patients afterstandard chemotherapy, did not increase the side effects of chemotherapy.4. the age is not a contraindication to chemotherapy, aged cancer patientsaccepted standard chemotherapy...
