Object: By mining compatibility law of the Jin and Yuan Dynasty treating headacheprescriptions with Data Mining analysis to summary of the Jin and Yuan Dynasty in thetreatment of headache characteristics and to evaluate the practicality of the rules, in order toprovide a reference for the clinical treatment of headache.Methods: Established the database of headache prescriptions with Dictionary ofChinese medicine prescriptions as the data sources. Extracted data sets of the Jin and YuanDynasty treating headache oral prescriptions, then analyzed these sets with SPSSClementine12.0data mining software using Apriori algorithm to establish data miningmodel, the minimum Support was set to10%, and the minimum Confidence was set to50%. At last compatibility between the drugs combination were displayed for Graphicswith Web node.Results: Seventy-five Jin and Yuan Dynasty treating headache prescriptions wereextracted. There were54pill and power formulations in them, accounting for72.9%of allformulations; There were total147kinds of medicine involved, the total frequency of timeswere647,35of which frequency was used in more than6times, accounting for64.9%ofthe total frequency; There were medicine used at least two kinds, up to26kinds, anaverage of8.74±5.11kinds. The most frequently used kind was relieving drugs, it wasused182times in total, accounting for28.1%of the total frequency; it followed byAntipyretic drugs, tonics drugs, promoting blood circulation drugs,phlegm drugs,reducing liver drugs,antirheumatic drugs,temperature inside drugs,purgating drug, other. There were275rules acquired, Chuanxiong was the most used medicine in all of the rules. Theimportant rules were: Chuanxiongâ†'Jingjie, Fangfengâ†'Qianghuo, Qianghuoâ†'Gaoben,Chuanxiongâ†'Bohe, Jingjie+Fangfengâ†'Chuanxiong, Jingjie+Boheâ†'Chuanxiong,Jingjie+Xixinâ†'Chuanxiong, Jingjie+Gancaoâ†'Chuanxiong, Xixin+Gancaoâ†'Chuanxiong,Qianghuo+Chuanhxiongâ†'Fangfeng, Qianghuo+Xixinâ†'Fangfeng, Jingjie+Gancaoâ†'Fangfeng, Qianghuo+Gancaoâ†'Fangfeng, Jingjie+Gancao+Fangfengâ†'Chuanxiong,Jingjie+Gancao+Chuanxiongâ†'Fangfeng, Qianghuo+Gancao+Fangfengâ†'Chuanxiong,etal.Conclusion: Evil invasion and deficiency is the main cause of headache; Wind, fire,phlegm, blood stasis is important pathological factors of headache onset;The vital qi weakwith the pathogenic factor attack and the combination of internal and external factors arethe main pathogenesis of headache; The wind medicine, divergentis and protection ofstomach were used for the treatment of headache, and external became the adjuvanttreatment. The wind medicine is the important medicine of headache treatment, and theyoften mutual promoted between each other, and often it for licorice compatibility is morecommon; Chuanxiong is the most important medicine of headache treatment,and itscompatibility is flexible;The compatibility of Fangfeng is broad;Tea is used for headachetreatment as satsukai drug.
