| Purpose:This study compared with being given Western medicine alone and givenWestern medicine by the yi qi yang yin and huo xue tong luo medicine which composed ofSheng mai san and fo shou san to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of the treatmentof coronary heart disease and heart failture combined with western medicine、Sheng maisan and fo shou san.Methods:Select the80heart failure patients with coronary heartdisease,and then divided them into experimental group and control group with40casesrespectively.Experimental group was treated with conventional Western medicine withtraditional Chinese medicine Sheng mai san and fo shou san flavored anti-plateletaggregation,blood lipid,diuretic,cardiac,blood vessel expansion of treatment while thecontrol group were given conventional anti-platelet medicine, lipids, diuretic, cardiac,dilation of blood vessels to be treated. We made4weeks for a course of treatment andobserved the treatment efficacy of the two groups、patient vital signs、cardiac function andleft ventricular structure、Serum NT-proBNP values、Quality of life effects、threeconventionalliver and kidney function、efficacy of TCM and changes or adverse reactionsof Chinese medicine symptom score,etc.after a total treatment course.Results:The totaleffective rate of the experimental group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05),patients vital signs of the experimental group, heart function and improved leftventricular structure,Serum NT-proBNP values, Quality of life effects,efficacy of TCM andTCM symptom scores were all better than the control group(P＜0.05),and there are nosignificant anomalies about the three conventional and the liver and kidney function beforeand after the treatment(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Grouped by yi qi yang yin and huo xue tongluo medicine Sheng mai san and fo shou san flavored being combined with the conventional western medicine to treat the coronary heart disease and heart failure wassignificantly superior to the simple application of the therapeutic effect of Westernmedicine, safe and there were no adverse reactions. |
