Objective1.To observe the expression characteristics of plasma mir-223-3p inpatients with myocardial infarction,analysis the possibility of plasmamir-223-3p as a biological markers in early diagnosis of acute myocardialinfarction.2.To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on patients with acutemyocardial infarction(Qi deficiency and blood stasis)in the clinical curativeeffect and the intervention effect of plasma mir-223-3p,preliminary study onthe mechanism of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction for the treatment of myocardialinfarction in miRNA.Methods29patients with AMI,31patients with old myocardial infarction,10healthy volunteers,after admission1h,24h,2days,7days venous bloodrespectively. real-time PCR detection of mir-223-3p expression levels, enzymeassay CK-MB, electrochemiluminescence detection of cTnI.29AMI patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of14patientsand a control group of15patients in the control group received conventionalwestern medicine treatment group treated with conventional medicine combinedYiqihuoxue medicine treatment,14days after the detection of mir-223-3p,while observing the ECG changes and TCM symptom score improvement. Results1.AMI patients admitted1h plasma mir-223-3p expression levels weresignificantly elevated compared with old myocardial infarction patients andhealthy caught (P<0.01), no statistically significant difference (between oldmyocardial infarction patients and healthy groups.P>0.05).2.AMI patients plasma mir-223-3p expression levels have peaked onadmission1h,24h significantly reduced,after the first two days into theplatform of basic and continuing to7days,but still significantly higher thanthe admission level in patients with old myocardial infarction and healthygroup (P<0.01).3.cTnI and CK-MB in patients with AMI admitted elevated1h,24h reachedits peak, the second day decreased significantly,further reducing the7thday,and near normal levels.mir-223-3p expression level of cTnI and CK-MB werepositively correlated,respectively(r=0.848,P=0.000);(r=0.804, P=0.000).4.syndromes treated group total effective rate was85.71%;control groupwas40%.By rank sum test,the total effective rate was significant difference(P=0.010,P<0.05).The total effect of the treatment group was significantlyimprove clinical symptoms than the control group.5.ECG treatment group total effective rate was85.71%;the controlgroup,the total effective rate was60%.By rank sum test,the difference wasstatistically significant (P=0.039,P <0.05). ECG to improve the treatmentgroup was better than the control group.6.Treatment group and control group before treatment TCM symptom scoreswere19.62±4.34and18.73±5.21,no significant difference(P>0.05) groups,TCM symptom scores after treatment in the control group was13.47±4.26,thetreatment group6.34±3.56,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).TCM treatment group described symptom score improvement wassignificantly better than the control group. 7.pre-treatment plasma mir-223-3p levels of the two groups of patientsin the control group were32.938±15.808,the treatment group32.139±8.867,nosignificant difference(P>0.05)groups.Plasma mir-223-3p level two groups ofpatients in the control group after treatment were5.630±1.120,treated2.172±0.756, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In thetreatment group decreased plasma mir-223-3p levels than the control group.Conclusion1.mir-223-3p have significantly higher expression level in the earlyAMI,more over with a more earlier time window than cTnI and CK-MB,promptsmir-223-3p may be a new early candidate biomarkers of AMI.2.Yiqihuoxue Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine combinetreatment of AMI have better clinical efficacy,can significantly alleviateclinical symptoms in patients with AMI Qi and Blood Stasis.improveECG,significantly better than western medicine,and its mechanism may beassociated with reduced mir-223-3p expression.
