The Clinical Observation On Treating Constipation Of Phlegm Heat Relieving Excess Type After Hematencephalon In Acute Period By Acupuncture Combined With Abdominal Massage

Objective:This topic aims to observe the effect of treating the acute phaseconstipation of phlegm heat relieving type after cerebral hemorrhage by abdominalmassage and acupuncture through the change of clinical symptoms scores,the firstdefecation time,the change of frequency of bowel sounds and nutrition index.We cananalyze the mechanism of acupuncture points and abdominal massage function,verifywhether it can provide a simple,economical,fast treatment with no side effects for theacute phase of constipation after cerebral hemorrhage by observing the patient’s clinicalsymptom scores before and after the treatment,the change of bowel sounds and nutritionindex.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into2groups by random Numberstable,30cases in each group. The patients of treatment group lay supinely, areacupunctured by taking the acupoint of tianshu, chung wan, zhigou,zhaohai，zusanli，heguafter disinfection on local skin. We choose Chinese medical card30,1.5-2inch stainlesssteel needle piercing verticaly the skin meridians fast in a hole, the rest of the.Afterretaining Qi，the needle in the hole last for30min；Then the patients of the control groupare cured by abdominal massage for10.once per day；Record respectively the symptoms ofthe patients before and after treatment,bowel sounds、the first defecationand nutritionindicators，and then analyze the treatment effect.Results：1.There are no significant difference in age，sex，course of the disease，clinicalsymptom score，the nerve function defect integral，bowel sounds and nutrition indicatorsabout the both group of the selected cases （p>0.05）。2.The curative effect of the treatment group is92.59％，the control group is67.86％.There is significant difference in the two groups and the treatment group is betterthan the control group.3.After a course of treatment, the constipation symptom integral reducessignificantly.The two groups all can improve cerebral hemorrhage and relieve clinicalsymptoms of phlegm heat constipation.There are significant difference of relieving theclinical symptoms and first time defecation statistically between the treatment group andcontrol group by comparison in the group and among groups（p<0.05）. 4.After a course of treatment,the bowel sounds of two the groups increases.There issignificant difference statistically in the group and among groups（p<0.05）.The effect ofthe treatment group is better than the control group.5.For nurition index serum total protein and serum albumin,there is no significance ingroup and among groups（p>0.05）；After treatment the effect of the treatment group isbetter than the control group among groups.There is significant difference of the treatmentgroup in group（p<0.05）and no of the control group（p>0.05）；The results is the treatmentgroup better than the control group comparing total number of peripheral bloodlymphocytes in group and among groups（p<0.05）.Conclusion：It is obvious that both the groups can improve the clinical symptomsbut the treatment group is better than the control group.There are no side effects.It is asafe, effective treatment and worth being popularized in clinical application.
