criteria were selected from Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine. The patients were divided into observation group and control group with 31 patients in each group by random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing care, such as diet, posture guidance, abdominal massage, etc.while the observation group was given meridian meridian acupuncture point massage nursing on the basis of the control group. Before intervention and 2 weeks after intervention, constipation symptom score scale of traditional Chinese medicine, constipation symptom and efficacy evaluation scale and Chinese version of constipation patient quality of life scale were used to evaluate patients.SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis, frequency, percentage and mean ± standard deviation were used for statistical description of data, and two independent sample t test, paired sample t test,chi-square test and rank sum test were used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)A total of 62 patients were included in this study, including 2cases of shedding. The final sample size was 60 cases,30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group. There was no statistical significance in age, gender, marital status and other general information between the two groups(P>0.05),which showed comparability.(2)Comparison of total scores of constipation symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and effective rate: after intervention, the total scores of constipation symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in the observation group(6.42±4.61)were lower than those in the control group(10.22±4.37),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the clinical effective rate of constipation in the observation group(86%)was higher than that in the control group(60%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of constipation symptom scores: after intervention, there were statistically significant differences in fecal traits, defecation time and frequency scores of constipation symptom scores between the two groups(P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences in defecation effort and feeling of falling and not feeling of swelling(P>0.05).Within the two groups, there were statistically significant differences in defecation effort, fecal traits, defecation time, feeling of undulation and frequency score in the observation group after intervention(P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences in frequency score in the control group(P>0.05).(4)Comparison of quality of life scores of patients with constipation:After intervention, the total score of quality of life of constipation patients in the observation group(54.43±8.03)was lower than that of constipation patients in the control group(62.02±10.03),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scores of psychosocial discomfort, physical discomfort, worry and anxiety were statistically significant(P<0.05).Intra-group comparison:After intervention, the total score of quality of life of constipation patients in the observation group(54.43±8.03)was lower than that before intervention(66.43±10.03),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of quality of life of constipation patients in the control group(62.02±10.03)was lower than that before intervention(65.02±11.23).The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the observation group, the scores of various dimensions of life quality of constipation patients were compared with those before intervention, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of various dimensions of life quality of constipation patients in the control group were compared with those before intervention, and there were statistically significant differences in psychosocial discomfort, physical discomfort and satisfaction(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of recurrence rate of constipation: after intervention, the recurrence rate of constipation in the observation group(16.7%)was lower than that in the control group(53.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(6)Comparison of the use of constipation-assisted drugs: after intervention, the incidence of the use of constipation-assisted drugs in the observation group(13.3%)was lower than that in the control group(33.3%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Tired point massage can reduce stroke recovery in patients with constipation symptom integral and constipation curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, improve constipation symptoms in patients with
