Study On The Current Situation And Establishment Of The Performance Evaluation Management System Of Xinjiang Class-AAA Hospital Supporting To The Country Hospital

Objective: The purpose of this study is to establish and improve support and cooperationmanagement between the public hospital and the county hospitals, furthermore, toimplement supporting project. Based on the previous supporting projects of XinjiangClass-AAA hospital to the County hospitals, the minority low-income counties in Xinjiangwere chosen as samples. Theory, principle and method of process and result evaluationassessment systems were studied by systematic analysis. Performance evaluationmanagement system was established to set up a targeted support project schedule.Method: Purposive sampling method of the support hospital and the supported hospitalwere selected as research objects.(An affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical UniversityHospital was chosen as a support hospital, A, B, C three hospitals were chosen assupported hospitals.). Through the investigation of Xinjiang health system supportprojects history by literature reviewing, qualitative interviews and medical service datacollection, the vertical and before-after contrast analysis methods were used in this study.Current supporting project development was summarized and evaluation assessmentsystem was established.Result: The medical management and health service of the supported county hospitalshave been improved to a higher level after this project. Two evaluation assessmentsystems were established for support and supported hospital by quantity-quality studycombined with AHP, screening and expert advices.Conclusion: Medical management and health services of supported hospitals will be improved to a higher level with the assistant of support hospital. The establishment ofperformance evaluation management system will be used to assess and motivate staffs ofsupported hospitals: on the other hand, the counterpart support project will be improvedefficiently and effectively.
