Objective: to investigate the distribution conditions of the elderly in hetian, Xinjiangto explore dietary and environmental relationship between trace elements and health and along life for the elderly. To promote population health way of life, and provide referencefor the promotion of healthy aging and longevity.Method:1. using layered whole group random sampling of method, extraction XinjiangWADA areaRibbentrop County, and karakax County, and hotan County of18a2012name60age above of resident residents as survey object;2. used24h dietary recalled methodon Xinjiang longevity of township hotan60age above elderly dietary structure forquestionnaire survey, with nutrition calculator calculation dietary in the nutrients intakevolume;3. used experiment method on soil, and drinking water, and food in the variouselements of content for determination.Results: the longevity in hetian, Xinjiang per capita daily caloric intake, protein, fatexceeded the recommended nutrient intakes (recommended nutrient intakes,RNI),carbohydrates basically reached the RNI, dietary fibre, cholesterol is low. Various kinds ofvitamins, thiamin and niacin can achieve RNI, other vitamins are exceeded. Mineral intake,only less sodium, potassium, magnesium and selenium. Alkaline water quality(PH:7.31~8.07). Gender comparison of nutrient intake level for the elderly in hotan, andthiamine (t=2.1,p=0.035) and sodium (t=2.13,p=0.033) the level of statistical significance.Conclusion: the area’s long-lived healthy and rich in vitamin intake, proper diet, goodliving environments.
