ObjectiveIdiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, referred to as ITP), also known asimmune thrombocytopenic purpura (immune thrombocytopenic purpura) is the blood platelet antibody mediatedplatelet destruction in autoimmune disease, is a common hemorrhagic disease, a platelet is also the most commonreduces sexual purpura, prevalence rate the crowd of about1/10000, male and female prevalence ratio of1:2-3.features of peripheral thrombocytopenia, platelet lifespan, bone marrow megakaryocyte normal or increased, platelet turnover rate acceleration.
