Objective Observed the using of thrombelastography in guidance of heparin withsepsis patients. Methods Selects48sepsis patients, who were hospitalized in inten-sive care unitmy, from January2011to December2013,patients were randomly dividedinto2groups,25cases in the experimental group,23cases in the control group, twogroups were enrolled into the group,12h,1day,2day,3day,5day,7day were found inplatelets and the two D-dimer, at the same time, the control group check thehemagglutination, while the experimental group check the hemagglutinationhe and theTEG,according to the relevant statistical data, compare the two groups of the heparin usingtime, using rate and ICUstaytime, the survival rate of28day and DIC incidence rate. Themeasurement data are said with (x±s), two samples of multiple comparisons were used ttest; count data expressed as a percentage, by x2test; correlation between the traditionalcoagulation detection index and the platelet count, the TEG parameters are compared withPearson correlation analysis. Results Patients in the experimental group the heparin use time is shorter than thecontrol group (P<0.05), the total use of heparin has no difference (P>0.05), but the24hheparin using rate was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05);compared withthe control group, the experimental group has shorter ICU hospitalization time(P<0.05),higher28day survival rate(P<0.05),and lower DIC incidence rate(P<0.05).Conclusions Sepsis patients combined with coagulation disorders, TEG can be earlyto judge the hypercoagulability, and guide the administration of heparin, reduce patients ofthe28d mortality, the DIC incidence and ICU staytime.
