Objective:To investigate the possible association between platelet count and coronary in-stent restenosis (ISR) after drug-eluting stent implantation. Methods:The study enrolled240patients who underwent stent implantation and accepted coronary angiography in1year. A≥50%-diameter stenosis was used as a definition of ISR. Multiple clinical data and risk factors of coronary heart disease were collected, and the platelet count was detected, the correlation between platelet count and ISR was analyzed. Results:Among the240patients, restenosis occurred in80patients, compared to non-stenosis group, platelet count were higher in restenosis group, which reached significant statistic difference (185.25±284.75vs155.66±144.34, P<0.05).Conclusions:platelet count is significantly correlated with in-stent restenosis after drug-eluting stent implantation in coronary artery. |
