Objective:To search Predictive factors of in-stent restenosis post drug eluting stent implantation in coronary artery.To explore the potential to predict the happen of in-stent restenosis,to help clinical evaluation of patient post stent implantation.Methods:Totally 190 clinical cases from January 2014 to December 2016 from the second affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine were retrospectively analyzed.The past medical history,the condition of coronary lesion,length and number of stent implanted and other lab test result like Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol,C Reactive Protein C,Apolipoprotein B,Apolipoprotein A1 are analyzed to find a method to predict the happen of in-stent restenosis.Results:In our study,190 cases were included,among which,95 were in in-stent restenosis group and 95 were in non-in-stent restenosis group.Between two group diabetes(33.68%vs.16.84%),smoking(55.79%vs.34.74%),Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(2.02 ± 0.76 mmol/1 vs.1.68 ± 0.55 mmol/1),Apolipoprotein B(0.72±0.23 g/l vs.0.64±0.17 g/l)and coronary Gensini score(51.43± 26.71 vs.32.58 ± 18.94)have significant difference(p<0.05).Using logistic regression analysis,diabetes,smoking,Apolipoprotein B over 0.8 g/1 and coronary Gensini score over 36 are independent risk factor of in-stent restenosis.Define coronary Gensini score over 36 as 2 scores,diabetes,smoking and Apolipoprotein B over 0.8 g/1 as 1 score,calculating risk score to evaluate the risk of in-stent restenosis.Define the score over 2 as having high risk of in-stent restenosis,the sensibility is 58.1%and specificity is 84.4%,area under ROC curve is 0.754(95%CI:0.671-0.836,p<0.05).Conclusion:Diabetes,smoking,Apolipoprotein B over 0.8 g/1 and coronary Gensini score over 36 are independent risk factor of in-stent restenosis.Define coronary Gensini score over 36 as 2 scores,diabetes,smoking and Apolipoprotein B over 0.8 g/l as 1 score,calculating risk score to evaluate the risk of in-stent restenosis.Define the score over 2 as having high risk of in-stent restenosis have predictive effect.
