Background As a kind of autoimmune disease, antiphospholipid syndrome(APS) is harmful to the health and always characterized as thrombosis, thrombocytopenia, habitual abortion. Among which, arterial and venous thrombosis is most commonly presented by APS with the incidence rate of 30%-40%. It is key to study the correlation of antiphospholipid antibody(APA) with thrombosis of APS patients and explore the mechanism of thrombosis for the treatment of APS:Objective To explore the correlation of lupus anticoagulant(LA), AC A and anti-β2-GPI antibody with the thrombosis and the involved blood vessels of APS patientsMethods Retrospectively analysis of 90 cases of APS patients of The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University and the Angang hospital from 2007.1 to 2012.12 was performed. Evaluate the incidence of thrombosis and the differences of blood vessel involvement stratified with LA, ACA and anti-β2-GPI antibody. Results 90 cases of APS patients were involved.11 (12.22%) cases were LA+, ACA+ and anti-β2-GPI antibody+,8 (72.72%) of them was involved with thrombosis.32 (35.56%) cases were LA+,20 (62.5%) of them was involved with thrombosis.17(18.89%) cases were ACA+,5 (29.41%) of them was involved with thrombosis.7 (7.78%) cases were anti-β2-GPI antibody+,2(28.57%) of them was involved with thrombosis.13 (14.44%) cases were LA+and ACA+ or LA+ and anti-β2-GPI antibody+,8 (61.54%) of them was involved with thrombosis.10 (11.11%) cases were ACA+and anti-β2-GPI antibody+,4 (40.00%) of them was involved with thrombosis.56 cases were LA+,36(63.15%) of them was involved with thrombosis and mainly were venous thrombus.34 cases were LA-, 11(32.30%) of them was involved with thrombosis and mainly were arterial thrombus. Significant difference was found between the two groups P<0.05..Conclusion LA is key in the development of the thrombosis and especially correlated with venous thrombus; While ACA and anti-β2-GPI antibody are correlated with arterial or microvessel thrombus.
