Objectve:COPD is one common disease which block lung ventilations. It’s a set of Comprehensive disease which Combines Chronic Bronchitis and Bronchitis with Emphysema.With the pulmoary function worse gradually. There appear many kinds of cardiopulmonany comphications. At home and abroad,There have been some medical literature reporting COPD’s existing in a hypercoagulable state.----Prethrombotic State.With further study and plenty of medical literature supporting it.It is gradually known and accepted. However,COPD itself provides a natural hotbed,for forming the thrombus,which makes it possible to complicate thrombus directly.At present,COPD as well as AIDS is ranked fourth in the world on total mortality rate and Pulmonany Thrombosis Embolism become a main reason to cause death and disability. Then,Can COPD itself form the thrombus directly? According to previous medical literature.Proving one or several kinds of blood Coagulation Factor gradually rise with the COPD developing,finally the result indicates that COPD exits in Prethrombotic State,further causing the forming of thrombus.In clinical,Doctors diagnose whether the patients have thrombus with colour doppler ultrasound.to judge if COPD combine thrombus but not knowing the case of forming thrombus definitely.It turns out to be that two ways which aren’t objective,direct,precise prove if thete exist a direct,associated,efficient method between COPD and thrombus.So,Based on Microfluidic ChipTechnology,We attempt to solve this tough problem externally.Method: The experiment is based on Microfluidic Core Technology creating external Vascular Chip Platform which is made up of several single channels through whose side are a liguid inlet and a liguid outlet. Add several channels to the same chip to make use of Microfluidic Core Technology highly efficiently.The experiment adopt fluorescence method to observe the last datum.Results: 1.Build up Microfluidic Vascular Model 2 Use inflammatory factor and cobalt chloride with the model of chemical hypoxia to imitate damaged blood vessels of COPD in different periods. 3 Use clinical acquiring blood samples to prepare the whole blood that can be used.by centrifuging,dyeing,recentrifuging.4 Pump the processed blood samples into every set of blood chips.through injection pump Invert Fluorescence Microscope to observe the result of experiment and anylyse and discuss the datum.The experiment is based on Microfluidic Core Technology,We successfully have built up external blood model and on the external blood model platform. Observe the blood of the patients with COPD produce different bloodagglutination phenomenon in various vessels. It better proves the blood of the patients with COPD may form agglutinative blood directly on the external blood chip platform.Meanwhile,It’s concluded that the thrombus maybe formed in the patients with COPD. Under the condition of the Endothelial damage and Inflammary Stimulation and the blood flow velocity.Conclusions: The experiment is based on Microfluidic Core Platform Technology imitate 3 D vessels.externally and verify the relationship between COPD and thrombus.On the Microfluidic 3D Vessel platform. The experiment possesses intuition,objectivity and dependability. Which distinguishes from previous traditional test technology and broadens some new ideas for the relation between COPD and thrombus.
