Objective:To observe the in vitro influence of Jiangni retaining membrane soup on the expressions of p38MAPK related genes in the apoptosis of deoxycholic acid (DCA) induced normal human esophageal epithelial cells (HEEC) and discuss the mechanism of Jiangni retaining membrane soup in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease; To observe Jiangni retaining membrane soup joint orchid sola clinical curative effect of treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease and the long-term recurrence rate.Methods:Through cultivating human normal esophageal epithelial cells in vitro, the deoxycholic acid induced apoptosis occurs, determined by MTT method which is used to observe 5 groups of different concentrations of Jiangni retaining membrane soup. Take 3 effective groups using western blot to detect the relationship between apoptosis and the expression of proteins associated with p38MAPK p38 lightning, p-p38 lightning, Bax,and Bcl-2. Choose 60 cases conforming to the diagnosis of gastroesophageal reflux disease,which were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Inverse coating treatment group to drop soup with orchid sora azole therapy, the control to the orchid sola azole treatment,8 weeks after treatment to observe the symptoms before and after treatment in both groups, and compared between groups. Follow up 3 months after the treatment, record the symptoms and relapse.Results:The laboratory research results show that the data determined by MTT showed that compared with normal control group, the cell vitality to deoxycholic acid significantly reduced (P< 0.01), while Jiangni retaining membrane soup can effectively improve the cell vitality, and compared with deoxycholic acid groups, there is significant difference (P< 0.05). Protein detection results show that Jiangni retaining membrane soup can significantly inhibit cell apoptosis p38MAPK phosphorylation level in the model, and improve the Bcl-2/Bax expression quantity to play a role of resistance to apoptosis.Clinical observation showed:8 weeks after the treatment, two groups of patients with endoscopic performance improved significantly, and the curative effect is quite (P>0.05), but the treatment group effect comprehensive score is better than that of control group, the difference between groups (P<0.05). Following up 3 months after the treatment, the recurrence rate of treatment group was obviously lower than that of control group, the curative effect is quite (P>0.05).Conclusion:Jiangni retaining membrane soup can play an effective role in treating gastroesophageal reflux disease, improving the patient’s clinical symptoms, reducing the recurrence rate and improving the patient’s quality of life; Jiangni retaining membrane soup can play a role of resistance to apoptosis by inhibiting p38MAPK phosphorylation level, prevent the further development of the disease, and play a positive role in preventing the happening of the esophageal adenocarcinoma.
