Clinical Effect Observation And Mechanism Investigation Of Treating Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Of Hepatogastric Swelter Syndrome With The Method Of Qingre Hewei Liqi Jiangni Combined With PPI

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and the impact on quality of life of treating gastroesophageal reflux disease of hepatogastric swelter syndrome with the method of Qingre Hewei Liqi Jiangni combined with PPI, and probe its mechanism of action according to modern pharmacological studies.Methods:60 patients who were in accordance with the inclusive criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the controlled group. Each group has 30 cases. In the controlled group patients were treated with rabeprazole and in the treatment group patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine for clearing heat、harmonizing the stomach、regulating vital energy and calming the adverse-rising energy combined with rabeprazole, eight weeks being a course of treatment. Observe and record the integrals of main symptom、secondary symptom and quality of life of each group preceding and after treatment by filling questionnaire survey,then assess the curative effect. All of the dates were statistical analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Results:1. The effective rate of the treatment group on the improvement in main composite symptom integrals after treatment was 93.3% and that of the controlled group was 70.0%, which showed that the former was obviously higher than the latter(P<0.01).2.Both groups could reduce the main individual symptom integrals(P<0.01 or P<0.05),the curative effect of the treatment group in relieving reflux syndrome was better than that of the controlled group (P<0.01), while the improvement of heartburn、chest pain and acid reflux showed no significant difference between the two groups.3.The effective rate of the treatment group on the improvement in secondary symptom integrals after treatment was 96.7% and that of the controlled group was 76.7%, which showed that the former was obviously higher than the latter(P<0.01).4. The integrals of quality of life of those patients with GERD could be significantly decreased in both groups while the curative effect of the treatment group on improving the quality of life of the patients with GERD was obviously better than that of the controlled group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect of the method of Qingre Hewei Liqi Jiangni combined with PPI was remarkable,this therapeutic method was able to significantly ameliorate the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of the patients with GERD of hepatogastric swelter syndrome,and it was safe for long-term use with no obvious adverse reaction, deserving further study and promoting.
