Objective:To observe the effect of Qingjianghefang(QJHF) on Reflux Esop-hagitis (RE) and explore the mechanism of it. Methods:57 patients with RE were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given Qingjianghefang, and the control group was given Weilikang particles.4 weeks were set as a course of treatment.The clinical effects of each group were observed during the course and the follow-up survey of 6 months. Results:The therapeutic effect of the treatment group is better than the control group in syndrome of TCM and gastroscopic observation(P<0.05). Qingjianghefang can improve more significantly the symptoms such as heartburn, belching, retrosternalpain, bitter taste and anorexia (P<0.05). During treatment/the two groups are no adverse reactions.Conclusions:Qingjianghefang appears to have the significant effect in the treatment of RE. The mechanism of this therapy may be relation to relieving hyperacidity enhance the mucosal barrier function,improving blood microcirculation and promoting the mucosal repair...
