Effect Of Water Extract Of Cynomorium Songaricum Rupr On In Vitro Sperm Motion Activity

Objective:To explore the effect of Cynomorium water extract sperm in vitro locomoto; activity, and provide a theoretical basis for the development of new traditional Chinese medicin treatment of male infertility.Methods:adult male from in the hospital department of Urology and reproductive cente outpatient, and standard test method according to WHO fifth version of the recommendation selection of asthenospermia sperm 20, put the same semen samples were divided into 6 groups, groups as control group, the other 5 groups were added at different concentrations (5mg and 10mg,20mg,40mg,80mg) of the Cynomorium water extract, respectively, the sperm activity detection in 30min,60min,120min; again according to WHO fifth version of the standar selection of asthenospermia patients 15, put the same semen samples were divided into 5 groups 1 groups as control group, the other 4 were separately added into the different concentration: (lmg,2.5mg,5mg) of the Cynomorium water extract and m-HTF, respectively, the spern activity detection in 30min,60min,120min; the 5 group by HE staining to observe semen, spern morphology under the microscope.Conclusion:the experimental results showed that the concentration of 5mg in the 120mi group the sperm activity is significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05; two) thi experimental results showed that the concentration of 2.5mg group was significantly improved ii the 30min,60min sperm activity time (P<0.05), the concentration of lmg group in 60min 120min time of sperm activity increased significantly (P<0.05); 5mg concentration grou significantly increased in the 120min period of time the sperm activity (P<0.05); group m-HTl sperm activity and the blank control group, each group have significant differences ii concentration (P<0.05). No significant differences among three groups of sperm morphology and the blank control group. The experiment showed that certain concentration of Cynomoriun water extract in a certain period of time, can significantly improve the sperm activity in vitro, bu does not significantly affect the rate of its normal morphology on in vitro sperm, provid reference significance to the sperm in vitro, and provide a theoretical basis for the developmen of new traditional Chinese Medicine treatment of male infertility.
