Objective:Use Gui Pi Decoction combined with cyclosporin to treat glucocorticoid useless type ITP, of which TCM deferential is Spleen Qi deficiency. By comparing the blood platelets counts, TCM symptoms score and T lymphocyte subpopulation before and after the treatment, we can observe the clinical effect. Methods:Divide 52 patients into two groups randomly. There are 28 patients in treatment group and 24patients in control group. All patients in two groups take the standard dose cyclosporin. And patients in the control group take Gui Pi Decoction additionally. The treatment cycle is 8 weeks. Before and after the treatment, we record the blood platelets counts, TCM symptom score and T lymphocyte subpopulation, then we take statistics and data analysis. Results:The total effective rate of the control group is 85.71%, and the total effective rate of the treatment group is 70.83%. Differences are statistically significant (P<0.05). The control group total effective rate in TCM symptoms score is 89.29%. and the research group is 54.17%. Differences are statistically significant (P<0.05). In the aspect of T lymphocyte subpopulation improvement, the control group outcomes is better than research group.Differences are statistically significant (P<0.05)Conclusion:Using Gui Pi Decoction combined with cyclosporin to treat glucocorticoid useless type ITP differentiated as Spleen Qi deficiency can improve the platelet amounts. This method also can improve the clinical effects, better the symptoms, and is useful to regular the immune.
