| Objective Couples living-relative donor renal transplantation clinical and ethics analysisMethods Selected 42 cases since 2005-2012 related kidney transplantations. 42 cases were divided into two groups,17 cases of them are couples, the other 25 cases arenon-couples. The basic conditions of two groups are similar. The surgical approach was abdominal open surgery to cut kidney. Postoperative cyclosporine or tacrolimus were given for anti-rejection,and follow -up was given after operation. The clinical curative effects were compared between these two types of kidney transplantation by analyzing some indices including tisse matching before transplantation and renal function recovery-.delayed graft functionã€acute rejection and infection incidence within 6 months after transplantation. To compare the clinical curative effects between these two types. Data using SPSS for processing. Results All donors passed through operation, after 8-10 days discharged, followed up for more than 6 months. All recipients were followed up. Under the sane transplantation proposal and immunosuppressive therapy, there was no significant difference in serum creatinine level-. renal function recoverã€delayed graft functionn〠acute rejection infection incidence between kidney transplantation between spouses and living related donor kidney transplantation (P> 0.05)Conclusion The clinical curative effects are similar between spouses and living related kidney transplantation. Kidney transplantation between spouses can be an effective supplement for the insufficience of kidney sources. |
