Laparoscopic Rectal Cancer Treated With Open Operation Clinical Comparative Analysis

[Objective] To evaluate the clinical value of laparoscopic rectal cancer radical, curative effect and it’s influence on patients with postoperative quality of life[Method] Retrospective analysis of the second affiliated hospital of Kunming medical university from January 2009 to January 2013 surgical patients in the clinical data of 81 patients with rectal cancer,41 underwent laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical prostatectomy(28 Dixon routine surgery,13 Miles routine surgery),40 regular open colorectal cancer radical prostatectomy (27 Dixon routine surgery,13 Miles routine surgery), Analysis of two groups of patients in patients with lymph node clearance, intraoperative and postoperative complications, surgical time, holographic membrane excision rectum, the bleeding, gastrointestinal function recovery time, ambulation time, micturition function recovery time, hospital stay time and Postoperative follow-up results.[Result] All success,81 cases of colorectal cancer radical laparoscopic group, no transfer laparotomy laparoscopy and laparotomy group there was no significant difference in general information.Laparoscopy and laparotomy group, the average operation time was 212.35 min and 212.35 min, there were significant differences (P < 0.01), but with the increase of the number of cases of laparoscopic operation time was significantly decline,10 cases of patients after the average operation time was 176.52 min, no significant differences compared with laparotomy group (P> 0.05).Intraoperative blood loss, quality of mesorectum excision of laparoscopic group was significantly better than the open group, length of hospital stay of laparoscopic group was obviously shorter than laparotomy group, laparoscopic group of bed activity time, postoperative gastrointestinal functional recovery and urination function recovery time is earlier than laparotomy group obviously, anal rate, number of lymph node removal, incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups there was no statistically significant difference.[Conclusion] Laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical minimally invasive, safe, effective, and clear field, anatomical level clear, easy to operate, patients recover quickly.
