| Objective:To explor the expression and clinical significance of CXCR7 in gastric cancer tissues.Methods:Expression of CXCR7 was determined by immunohistochemical S-P method in 56 cases of gastric carcinoma and 20 cases of adjacent tissues.Results:CXCR7 protein expression was major in cytoplasm and cell membrane, CXCR7 was expressed both in gastric cancer and tissue adjacent of carcinoma, the positive expression rate in gastric cancer tissue was 75%,adjacent tissue of carcinoma was 30%,respectively. There were statistical significance between two groups(p<0.05). The Spearson analysis results showed that the expression of CXCR7 was obviously correlated with the lymph node metastasis, depth of infiltration and the degree of differentiation in gastric carcinoma.Conclusion:1. Expression of CXCR7 was related with the TN stages in gastric carcinoma, Higher expression of CXCR7 may be predict to the severity and prognosis of the patients with gastric carcinoma.2. Higher expression of CXCR7 was correlated with the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma. |
