| ECG (Electrocardiograph, ECG) is the data measured by electronic device, used to describe the whole process of cardiac activity, including potential changes in excited generation, conduction and recovery process, which includes atrial depolarization of the heart, the atria repolarization, ventricular depolarization and ventricular repolarization.Research on ECG automatic detection and identification is a classic task in ECG field. This article will introduce morphological features to the research about ECG automatic detection and identification. This is mainly because when the previous researchers were on the study of the electrocardiogram-automatic detection and identification. They ignored the fact that when diagnosing cardiovascular disease, doctors paid attention to the morphology of the ECG.ECG signal is an asthenic complex and non-stationary random signal. Because of its collection methods and processes,which leads ECG susceptible to being interfered from outside noise. Thus, ECG denoising is the necessary procedure of ECG study. This paper focuses on a kind of ECG wavelet denoising algorithm which is based on Mallat algorith.Based on the mallat algorithm selection bior3.7 wavelet decomposed ECG signal, then using the threshold method combines Mallat reconstruction algorithm to reconstruct the ECG signal, this signal is the ECG signal of noise reconstructed after removal.ECG denoising is one of the preparations of electrocardiogram automatic detection and identification, and another preparation is the ECG waveform detection. Electrocardiogram waveform is to detect by detecting the ECG P, T, QRS wave peak point and the starting position and mark out. In this paper, based on a classmate called Wang Yingying who put forward the difference value absolute value algorithm, we proposed an algorithm that is the absolute value extremum algorithm. The algorithm selection of the absolute value of the difference value, after the preliminary judgment of each peak district,using extremum methods to find out the maximum and minimum values from each region, and were combined with each wave of its own characteristics, ultimately determine the P-wave, T wave, QRS wave position and the starting points, and mark out.ECG recognition is to identify the characteristics parameters of ECG, but ECG recognition algorithms studied in this paper is mainly for the characteristic parameters of ECG morphology. The algorithm based on chronological order, for each complete ECG waveform, according to the P wave of the ECG waveform, QRS and T waves own characteristics, determine the morphological characteristics of the individual waveforms, and mark out with the corresponding characteristic symbols. The algorithm can identify each ECG morphological characteristics, which is applied to electrocardiogram automatic detection technology, which helps the clinical diagnosis cardiovascular disease move to a core step. |
