Objective: Through the research and analysis in patients with coronary heart disease in TCM Constitution distribution and serum homocysteine(Hcy) between, and investigate its correlation,in order to provide objective index for the physical differences of the patients with coronary heart disease, provide the basis for clinical prevention of coronary heart disease and distinguishing the quality of treatment. Methods: This study selected in Qilu Hospital of the Shandong University the Department of cardiology ward in 102 patients with coronary heart disease by coronary angiography from October 2014 to February 2015,and formulated according to association of Chinese medicine of "Chinese constitution classification and determination of" TCM constitution classification standards and the classification and determination of TCM Constitution "self testing table" test results of TCM constitution classification to it,and select 20 cases of coronary artery angiography to exclude coronary heart disease patients as control group, were detected in the serum Hcy level, through the analysis and comparison of TCM Constitution, thelevelsof serum Hcy,coronary angiography, and to explore its correlation. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 19.0 statistical software. Results: 1. This study of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) in 50 ~ 59,60 ~ 69 age group most, the proportion of 23.53%,52.94% respectively.2. The Hcy levels of coronary heart disease group was obviously higher than that of the non CHD group(P < 0.01),there was significantly statistical difference.3. The serum Hcy levels in patients with coronary heart disease had significant difference in gender, male serum Hcy levels are significantly higher than female(P < 0.01), there was significantly statistical differences.4. Serum Hcy levels in patients with coronary heart disease was positively correlated with age(r = 0.263,P < 0.01).5. Common constitution was phlegmy wet mass in patients with coronary heart disease(26 cases),25.49%;Yang deficiency(23 cases),accounted for 22.55% of the total number,Blood stasis(16 cases),accounted for 15.69% of the total number,Qi deficiency(13 cases),12.75% of the total.6. Between the coronary heart disease patients with various types of constitution were serum Hcy level pairwise comparison results were P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.7. Patients with coronary heart disease coronary artery stenosis between various physical count from big to small in turn is Phlegmy wet mass > Qi deficiency >Blood stasis >Yang deficiency > Peaceful quality/Humid heat > Yin deficiency> Qi Stagnation, the rank and inspection, P > 0.05, there was no statistically significant difference.8. Patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) three lesions of serum Hcy levels higher than single lesion group, with significant difference statistically significance(P < 0.01);Three lesions serum Hcy levels higher than the double branch lesion group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Double branch lesions of serum Hcy levels higher than single lesion group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1. Coronary heart disease(CHD) was used at age 50 to 69 years old.Serum Hcy levels associated with the occurrence of coronary heart disease, the increase of serum Hcy can be used as predict a risk factor for coronary heart disease occurs.Serum Hcy levels was higher in male than the female, the level of serum Hcy levels increased with the increase of age.Phlegmy wet constitution,Yang deficiency constitution,qi deficiency and blood stasis constitution, constitution of the people were more likely to suffer from coronary heart disease.5. Serum Hcy levels associated with coronary artery lesion counts.6.This study did not find the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with coronary heart disease types had influence on serum Hcy level and coronary artery lesions.
