Clinical Research On Treatment Of Elderly Both Qi And Yin Deficinency Type Of Atrial Fibrillation By Tongmai Yangxin Pills

Objective: Through data collection and analysis Tongmai Yangxin pills in the treatment of elderly both Qi and Yin deficiency type of atrial fibrillation clinical efficacy, and explore its action mechanism.Materials and methods: select 60 patients met the inclusion criteria of patients, using the method of randomization, divided into the control group and the blank group, each group of 30 patients. Based on the treatment of primary disease, the blank group was given 100 mg aspirin once a day; while the control group was given 100 mg aspirin and 40 grains of Tongmai Yangxin pills twice a day, a total of 8 weeks of observation. Before and after treatment,respectively record vital signs, blood routine,urine routine,stool routine, liver and kidney function, dynamic ECG, plasma NT-proBNP, doppler echocardiography(left atrial diameter(LAD), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)), and TCM syndrome. During the medication, regular to observe the improvement of TCM syndrome, using the method of integral grade and text descriptions respectively, finally make statistics.Results: Taking Tongmai Yangxin pills, the control group compared with the blank group, 24 hours average heart rate obviously slowed down, the comparison between the two groups has significant difference(P<0.05).Heart function has improved,the compared between the control group and the blank group has significant difference(P<0.05).Plasma NT-proBNP levels decreased, compared to control group and blank group were significantly different(P<0.05).About doppler echocardiography,LAD and LVEDD after treatment in the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05). LVEF two groups after treatment were significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion: Tongmai Yangxin pills in the treatment of long-term persistent atrial fibrillation and permanent atrial fibrillation has significant effect.It can control 24 hours the average heart rate can improve heart function.
