| Atrial premature beat is a very common arrhythmia,and its general symptoms mainly include heart palpitations and arrhythmia,etc.Therefore,Chinese medicine classifies this disease as "palpitations" and "stunned".Modern medical experts have developed a variety of traditional Chinese medicines based on ancient prescriptions.Among them,Tongmai Yangxin Pill,Shensong Yangxin Capsule and Wenxin Granule are widely used modern Chinese medicines.At present,the syndrome of heart palpitations in traditional Chinese medicine is mostly characterized by the deficiency of both Qi and Yin and the syndrome of heart stasis.Tongmai Yangxin Pills nourishing qi and nourishing yin,Tongmai analgesic,and is a representative Chinese patent medicine for Yiqi Huoxue.The foundation of Tongmai Yangxin Pills is based on "Zhigancao Decoction" and "Shengmaisan" is added to benefit qi and replenish qi.Add Yiqi Yangyin,Huoxue Tongluo products,improve circulation,promote blood circulation,especially for the middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic qi and yin deficiency and heart and blood stasis.Research purposes:Through observation of 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram(holter)atrial morning count,total heart rate,single symptom score of TCM syndrome,improvement of total symptom score and improvement of SF-36 quality of life evaluation form The therapeutic effect and safety of premature beat and its TCM syndrome improvement.Research method:In this study,a randomized control method was used.All cases were from the Department of Cardiology,the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and were diagnosed with atrial premature beats.In addition,a total of 58 patients with TCM syndrome type belonging to palpitations of qi and Yin deficiency syndrome were included.The experimental group was treated with tongmai yangxin pill orally,and the control group was treated with tongmai yangxin pill simulation agent orally.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Observe and evaluate the changes in the total syndrome score,single symptom score,room frequency,total heart rate and quality of life score of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and monitor the safety indicators.Research result:1.Comparison of single symptom efficacy: the test group and the control group can effectively improve the single symptom of traditional Chinese medicine in atrial premature beats.However,compared between the groups,the test group of palpitations,chest tightness,fatigue,fatigue,five sweats and other symptoms is significantly better than the control group(P <0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups in improving insomnia and dreaming,dizziness symptoms(P> 0.05).2.Comparison of total syndrome efficacy: The cure rate of the experimental group and the control group after treatment were 96.55% and 58.62%,respectively.There was statistical difference between the two groups.The experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05)3.Comparison of the number of early days of the room: The number of early days of the room after treatment decreased in both groups,and there was a statistically significant difference between the groups before and after treatment(P <0.05).After treatment,the average number of mornings in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group.4.Comparison of the total efficacy of atrial premature beats: There was a statistically significant difference in the efficacy of atrial premature beats between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group after treatment was89.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 48.28%.5.Comparison of total heart rate: The total heart rate of the two groups decreased after treatment,and there was no statistical difference between the groups after treatment(P> 0.05).But after treatment,the average number of total heart beats in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.6.Comparison of SF-36 quality of life scale scores: The quality of life scores of the two groups were improved after treatment,and there were statistical differences between the groups after treatment(P <0.05).The average quality of life score of the experimental group after treatment was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:1 The treatment of atrial premature beats by Tongmai Yangxin Pill can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with palpitations,chest tightness,five upset fever,and excessive sweating.2 Tongmai Yangxin Pill can reduce the number of atrial premature beats,reduce the impact of anti-arrhythmic drugs on heart rate,improve the efficacy,and reduce side effects. |
