Lung Tumor Suppression Cream Joint DC-CIK Cells For Advanced Lung Adenocarcinoma Clinical Curative Effect And Its Related Factors Of Apoptosis

Purpose: the lung tumor suppression paste with DC- CIK cell therapy and the clinical effect of the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma of the BCL- 2 in serum, the influence of caspase-3 level change, and to explore the lung tumor suppression cream joint DC- CIK cells in the process of anti-tumor effect on the level of apoptosis factor and mechanism of action.Methods : 54 cases of advanced lung adenocarcinoma patients selected randomly divided into DC, CIK cells in the treatment group(â…  group 27 cases), lung tumor suppression paste joint DC, CIK cells in the treatment group(â…¡ group 27 cases), four months after treatment, respectively, to observe the clinical effect of two way patients(primary symptom change), the quality of life(KPS score), serum BCL- 2, Caspase-3 levels of change and CIK cells back to lose after the adverse reactions of patients, and compare the survival follow-up.Based on traditional Chinese medicine medicated serum, DC- the preparation of CIK cells, respectively to observe the DC, CIK cells group, lung tumor suppression paste joint DC- CIK cells group the BCL- 2 in serum, the change of Caspase-3 levels. Lung tumor suppression cream can enhance DC- of CIK cells apoptosis factor to the BCL- 2 inhibition, raise the level of caspase-3 in the serum.Conclusion: pulmonary tumor suppression paste with DC- CIK cell therapy compared with pure DC- CIK cell therapy, can obviously improve the patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma of all kinds of clinical symptoms, improve patient quality of life(KPS score), prolong survival period, reduce the BCL- 2 levels in serum, improve the level of serum caspase-3;Lung tumor suppression cream joint DC- CIK cells may by lowering the BCL- 2 levels in serum and improve the level of caspase-3 and have the effect of treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma.
