Methods: A self Henan Province Chinese Medicine bone and joint ward of total hip arthroplasty 80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 40 patients, two groups based on taking anticoagulants(rivaroxaban tablet), the treatment group received Buyanghuanwu decoction, 1 week for a course of treatment, observed two courses. Conclusion: The treatment group and the control group could make a significant total hip replacement surgery of the main indicators tended to be normal, but the treatment group effect is obvious, and onset time is short.
