Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Herpangina (Accumulated Heat In Spleen And Stomach Type) With Modified Gallnut Xiexin Decoction

Objective: In this study, the use of modified gallnut Xiexin Decoction to treatment of children with herpeangina(accumulated heat in spleen and stomach type), compared with the control group, to observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of flavored gallnut Xiexintang and safety.Methods: According to random number table, 60 case pattients were choosed. The 60 cases of herpangina children were divided into treatment group 32 cases and control group 28 cases. The treatment group received gallnut Xiexin Decoction flavored orally, 3 times a day, blunt, dosage: 3 years old to 10 years old, one pay a day, flush 3 service points; 6 months to 3 years old, half-pay a day, flush two suits; per three days a course of treatment. The control group treat ribavirin particles l0mg/kg·d, orally 2 times, three days a course of treatment. Two groups of children with fever were given symptomatic treatment of fever. 3 days after treatment referral, clinical efficacy, cooling time, TCM symptom scores and other indicators.Results: General information on statistical analysis, control and treatment groups in terms of gender and age with the chi square test.There were not statistically significant between the two groups: age by t test, no statistically significant difference between the two groups; from the distribution of the disease situation, between the two groups in mild, moderate and severe cases of several aspects, no significant differences by rank sum test. The two groups were comparable.After three days with treatment, the all of them before and after treatment found that no significant adverse reactions, no drug allergies. According statistical analysis, the total efficiency of the treatment group was 93.75% and the control group was 78.60%.So indicated that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group than the control group. The use of traditional Chinese medicine group of children the average cooling time of 2.12 days, 4.32 days in the control group, a significant difference(P<0.05) differences. TCM treatment group minus points Hou rate(71.51±12.61)%, the control group(58.93±13.05)%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). From statistical analysised the clinical efficacy of the twp groups,we found that significant differences in the statistical analysis.The course of the treatment group was shorten than the controled, and alleviate the suffering of children, the flavored gallnut xiexin significant advantage. This study demonstrates gallnut Xiexin Decoction flavored treat stomach accumulated heat herpes angina were significantly better than the control group, a significant effect, safe and effective, with a significant advantage in the shorter heating time and improve symptoms.Conclusion:Modified gallnut Xiexin Decoction treatment of pediatric herpeangina(accumulated heat in spleen and stomach type) is efficacy.There was no significant adverse reactions.So it is safe, reliable, and parents of children with good compliance, worthy of wider application.
