Clinical Research On The Treatment Of Herpangina(Accumulated Heat In Lung And Spleen Type) With Lanqiao Liyan Decoction

Objective:Through clinical trials to observe the Lanqiao Liyan Decoction in therapy of herpangina(accumulated heat in lung and spleen type),symptoms and signs,and sum up the clinical curative effect of the therapy.To provide the clinical basis for further application of the motherland medicine treatment of Chinese herbal medicament theory and point application therapy in the treatment of herpangina.Methods: This subject to the pediatric clinic of TCM Hospital of Zhengzhou city and recruited 120 children with accumulated heat in lung and spleen type,in accordance with the inclusion criteria as the research object.The children were randomly divided into treatment group,control group,60 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Kai houjian Sprays and Lanqiao Liyan Decoction,The control group were given Kai Houjian Sprays and Yanning Granules.The course of treatment was 5 days,record the changes before and after treatment,body temperature,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score.Results:1.The total effective rate was 96.61% in the treatment group and 84.48% in the control group(P<0.05);2.After treatment,the symptoms of the two groups were significantly alleviated,and the total scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,but the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group.Statistical analysis showed that there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.05).3.The time of complete antipyretic,the respects of pharyngeal herpes subsidence and the times of combined antipyretic drugs in the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Lanqiao Liyan Decoction and Kaihoujian Sprays in the treatment of herpangina(accumulated heat in lung and spleen type)had definite clinical effect;it is superior to the control group in shortening fever time,herpes and ulcer subsidence;2.Lanqiao Liyan Decoction has few adverse reactions and good safety in this study.
