Abstract/Summary:
Objective:Objective is to study the duration of QRS wave of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) anomaly and the correlation between the incidence of ventricular arrhythmias (VA)Results:Participants included114cases of patients with this study,45cases of36cases of group A, group B and C group of33cases. Baseline data of three groups of patients including sex, age, BMI, hypertension history, history of diabetes were no statistical difference is compared between groups (P>0.05); Level III (X2=7.903, P=0.019) and IV B (X2=8.962, P=0.011) of three groups of patients the incidence of VA was statistically difference between groups, and are of the highest incidence of group A, group C; HRV indexes of three groups of patients including SDNN, SDANN, RMSSD, pNN50(%) and triangle index has significant statistical difference between groups, and all are group A minimum, the highest group C。Conclusion:The incidence of aged AMI patients with abnormal QRS duration and VA has obvious relevance...
