The Clinical Observation Of Radix Bupleuri Liver Powder In Treating Functional Dyspepsia Of Liver-stomach Disharmony

Objective:Observation of radix bupleuri liver powder to treat functional dyspepsia liver stomach with the clinical curative effect.Method:In accordance with the principles of the randomized and controlled,40 patients who are meeting the standards of this study were divided into the treatment group and the control group. There are 20 patients in each group.Patients in the treatment group is taken by Bupleurum Liver-Soothing Powder soup orally with the frequency of 2 times a day and 100ml everytime. Patients in the control group is taken by Itopride Hydrochloride Dispersble Tablets with the f requency of 3 times a day and 0.05g every time.Both groups were continuously observed for fourweeks.During this period, patients in both groups could not take other drugs to treat this disease.To observe the clinical symptoms,physical and safety in dicators detection of before and after treatment in both groups, and then comparing the analysis of these two groups.Results:(1)Total effective rate of the control group is 66.67%, total effective rate of the treatment group is 95.00%. The curative effect of the treatment group is better than the control group, and there is significant differences (p<0.05). (2)The symptoms of patients which in the treatment group in both stomach pain and bloated at two side is better than the control group,and there is significant differences(P<0.05).(3) After one week, to observe the symptom scores of both the treatment group and the control group, and compared with before treatment, two groups had no statistical difference (p>0.05),and there was no statistical difference between two groups (p>0.05); After two weeks, to observe the symptom scores of both the treatment group and the control group, the treatment group compared with before treatment, there were statistical differences (p<0.01), the control group compared with before treatment, there was no statistical difference (p>0.05), and there were statistical differences between two groups (p<0.05); After three weeks, to observe the symptom scores of both the treatment group and the control group,compared with the symptom scores before treatment,there were obviously improved (p<0.01),and there were statistical differences between two groups(p<0.05); After four weeks, to observe the symptom scores of both the treatment group and the control group,compared with the symptom scores before treatment,there were obviously improved (p<0.01),and there were statistical differences between two groups (p<0.05)Conclusion:1.The effect is significant of Radix bupleuri liver powder in treating syndrome of liver-stomach disharmony of functional dyspepsia.2. Radix bupleuri liver powder can take effect faster than Itopride Hydrochloride Tablets in treating functional dyspepsia.3.To improve the overall symptoms,Radix bupleuri liver powder is better than Itopride Hydrochloride Tablets in treating functional dyspepsia.4.To improve the stomachpain and bloated at two side,Radix bupleuri liver powder is better than Itopride Hydrochloride Tablets in treating syndrome of functional dyspepsia.
