Objective:Based on the syndrome element theory, the gastric mucosal pictures of helicobacter pylori associated gastritis were studied and the distribution law about macroscopic and microcosmic syndrome was discussed in order to investigate the clinical value of their complementary strengths and combine lies.Method:90 qualified patients in accordance with the diagnostic criteria for helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis by endoscopy and pathology methods were selected from January 2012 to January 2014 in Jiangsu Province Hospital. Information including their clinical information and diagnose by TCM methods including watch, listen, ask and feel was collected. Later, gastroscope report and statistic the frequency of character syndrome elements according to the findings from these reports was collected. Combined with disease location, common syndromes will be obtained. New syndromes are drawn by combining macro-and micro-differentiation.Result:According to traditional TCM, the syndrome distribution of 90 patients is as follows: disharmony of liver and stomach syndrome, dampness-heat of spleen and stomach syndrome, deficiency of spleen and stomach syndrome, spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome, liver-depression and spleen-deficiency syndrome, stomach yin deficiency syndrome, stomach meridian of blood stasis syndrome and stagnated heat of liver and stomach syndrome. The location syndrome elements obtained by microcosmic syndrome are mainly in the stomach, especially in the gastric antrum. Disease syndrome elements mainly related to heat, dampness, phlegm stasis, blood stasis and deficiency and two or more disease syndrome elements were contained in some cases. New syndromes are heat of stomach syndrome, dampness-heat of stomach syndrome, phlegm stasis in stomach syndrome, dampness obstructing spleen and stomach syndrome and deficiency of spleen and stomach syndrome. Conclusions:A combination of macroscopic and microscopic syndrome differentiation can better comprehensive reflect the pathogenesis of the disease. The main disease syndrome elements are heat, dampness, phlegm stasis, blood stasis and deficiency, and location syndrome elements are in the stomach; The distribution of disease syndrome elements is slightly different due to lesions difference;Syndrome distribution in the macro-and micro-differentiation syndrome are different; Thus a combination of macroscopic and microscopic syndrome differentiation will more effectively serve the clinic.
