Objective:Based on syndrome elements differentiation theory, conduct the comparative Study of gastric cancer macroscopic and microscopic syndrome differentiation, elaborate the advantages and disadvantages of each, and combine both of them, explore the advantages of combining the complementary and the clinical value. Methods:In this study, collection hospitalized cases of the gastric cancer patients of Jiangsu province Traditional Chinese Medicine in2011January-2013year in December, making the inclusion and exclusion criteria, screening out qualified100cases,sorting clinical data, to summarize the macroscopic syndrome. And collecting the gastroscopy and pathology reports, associating with the gastric endoscopic micro features and corresponding syndrome elements, statistics the appearing requency, percentage, etc of the disease syndrome elements, get the microscopic syndrome, and combination of syndrome elements of disease location,to get the microscopic syndrome.Comparison of macroscopic and microscopic common syndrome distribution, discusses the difference of the both, and to explore the organic combination of the two.Combined with the syndrome elements of disease.contrast the distribution of macroscopic and microscopic syndrome differentiation,to explore the difference between the both, and to explore the organic combination of them. Results:The main macroscopic syndromes in turn are the spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome, liver qi stagnation syndrome, phlegm dampness spleen syndrome, spleen stomach damp heat syndrome, gastric stasis syndrome of liver, phlegm and blood stasis in the stomach, stomach yin deficiency. The main microscopic syndromes in turn are stomach stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis of damp heat syndrome of stomach, stomach stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome, stomach stagnation of damp heat syndrome, stomach stagnation of phlegm damp syndrome, stomach yin and blood deficiency syndrome of stagnation, stomach stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis heat syndrome, stomach stagnation and dampness excessive syndrome, and get composite type of syndrome as the following:the spleen and stomach poison lag is false (Qi deficiency, yin deficiency, blood deficiency syndrome),liver and stomach poison leave stasis syndrome, the spleen and stomach poison stagnant phlegm dampness syndrome, the spleen and stomach damp heat toxin stagnation, stomach stagnation phlegm and blood stasis and clip (and dampness, heat, yin deficiency, blood deficiency syndrome). Conclusion:Its more accurate and fine than macroscopic syndrome differentiation that the complementary combination of syndrome differentiation is,more comprehensive than microscopic syndrome differentiation in reflecting the characteristics of cancerous toxin internal damage, multiple myeloma, gastric cancer dirty association. This disease can have the evolution of pathogenesis as following:the positive imaginary evil strong, pump results of phlegm and blood stasis, stagnation of blood stasis of the stomach, the obstruction of Qi, stomach qi descend, the consumption of Qi and Jin, deficiency of Qi,cancerous toxin spread to whole body.In this study, combined with the macroscopic syndrome differentiation and microscopic syndrome differentiation, get the composite type of syndrome, these syndromes can reflect gastric cancer more comprehensive, the combination of complementary macroscopic syndrome differentiation and microscopic syndrome differentiation, that is not separated from the overall concept of Traditional Chinese medicine, but also can make up for the lack of macroscopic differentiation,to make the syndrome differentiation more comprehensive on the basis of accurately,so as to more effectively guide the treatment.
