ObjectiveExplore ACâ†'P/T chemotherapy effect on bone mineral density of patients with breast cancer, to prevent secondary bone metabolic abnormalities caused by chemotherapy, and provide clinical basis for osteoporosis and its complications.Methoods Collect 28 patients with breast cancer diagnosis, line 8 ACâ†'P/T chemotherapy regimens for chemotherapy cycle, every 21 days during a week. The first cycle of chemotherapy before and after the last chemotherapy were measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry instrument (DEXA) determination of left and right hip hip and lumbar spine bone mineral density (BMD), chemotherapy were compared before and after chemotherapy BMD change;Used at the same time fully automatic biochemical instrument measurement before the first cycle of chemotherapy patients, after the last chemotherapy blood concentration of calcium (Ca), and the testing results were analyzed. Results After chemotherapy in patients with left hip and right hip BMD than before treatment had no significant change (P> 0.05), but the lumbar BMD than before treatment significantly reduced (P< 0.01);After the last chemotherapy before blood calcium concentration from the first cycle of chemotherapy significantly increased (p <0.01).Conclusion ACâ†'P/T plan to significantly reduce postoperative breast cancer chemotherapy patients with lumbar spine bone mineral density (BMD);A certain period of time, chemotherapy can make blood calcium concentration increased. After the breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy cause secondary bone metabolic abnormalities, will be higher risk of osteoporosis and its complications, should give early intervention. In patients with breast cancer and chemotherapy after surgery, regularly check the change of blood calcium, avoid hypercalcemia.
